Botox for men will be equally effective as women. Some men require more due to increased muscle mass and activity, but you should get a good result from Botox. It should not make you look feminine if injected appropriately.

I do not advocate fillers for forehead lines. Botox is a better option in the upper 1/3 of the face as these lines are associated more with motion/animation of the face. The forehead skin is relatively thick and fillers only help minimally for these lines.

For extremely deep marionette lines, hyaluroic acid filler such as Juvederm may help. I also think combining it with deeper filler such as Radiesse often gives better result. A surgical procedure such as a lower face and neck lift to sharpen the jaw line as well as dermabrading these facial lines may further augment the result.
