Regardless of whether you have seen Dr. Choe in the past in his previous practice you will still need to complete new forms. For your convenience we have made these available online so that your consultation time will not be further delayed upon your arrival.

During your facial cosmetic consultation you will have the opportunity to see your own photos enhanced (computer imaging) to show you the possible results that can be achieved. This permits you and Dr. Choe to have the same understanding of what you want to achieve surgically or non surgically. This communication before any procedures gives you the best possible understanding of realistic expectations.
